2010 Events |
| 02/05-10/2010- Blizzards of 2010 CERT team in co-operation with OEM, Town Bank and Villas Fire Companies provided shelters for those residents that lost power during the blizzard. Thanks to Town Bank and Villas Fire companies for opening up their houses in time of need. |

2009 Events |
| 05/14/2009 - Cape Regional Hospital Exercise CERT team participated in an exercise at the Cape Regional Hospital. Volunteers simulated victims for treatment with a list of injuries and ailments. They were rotated through treatment rooms to generate a number that could be extrapolated to determine how many people could be treated over a given period of time. |
| 06/07/2009 - CERT Team Recognized by CMC Freeholders On June 9, 2009, the Cape May County Freeholders made a Special Presentation to all CERT Volunteers that participated in the Cape Regional Hospital Exercise on May 14, 2009. |

| 09/29/2009 - First Responders Staging Areas and
Commodities Distribution Exercise/Seminar CERT team participated in the commodities and distribution exercise/seminal at the Cape May County Airport on Tuesday morning. The exercise covered the staging areas for first responders during an evacuation and recovery event. |

Airport CERT team provided safety lighting for the hay rides at the county airport. |

| 07/03/2007 - Fire Works CERT team assisted Lower Township police along with local Volunteer Fire companies during the fourth of July fireworks celebration along the bay in Town Bank. |
| 07/24/2007 - Awards Ceremony The annual David C. Douglass Officer of the Year Awards Ceremony was held at Lower Township Hall in which several Officers and Civilians were given awards. We were recognized and received the Community Partnership Award from Chief Edward Donohue. |
| 08/07/2007 - National Night Out CERT team participated in the national night out event at Lower Regional Field. |
| 08/19/2007 - Alzheimer Patient CERT team was called out and assisted Lower Township police, Cape May County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit and local Volunteer Fire Companies with a grid search of the area for a lost Alzheimer patient at Cape Island Campground. |
| 09/27/2007 - CERT Trailer Presentation Members of the CERT team went to Trenton for the presentation of our own CERT trailer.  |

10/02/2007 - Bird Watcher CERT team was called out and assisted Lower Township police, Cape May County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit, local Volunteer Fire Companies and Rescue Squads, Coast Guard, OEM, NJ State police and Red Cross with search for a lost bird watcher at Cape May Point. |
2006 Events |
| 04/26/2006 - Propane Leak CERT team was activated and opened up a shelter at the Lower Township Rec. A leak in a home propane tank caused an evacuation of a two-block area near 6 West Tampa Avenue. Bayshore Rd was closed and traffic diverted. |
| 07/03/2006 - Fire Works CERT team assisted Lower Township police along with local Volunteer Fire companies during the fourth of July fireworks celebration along the bay in Town Bank. |
| 08/01/2006 - National Night Out CERT team participated in the national night out event at Lower Regional Field. |
| 08/09/2006 - Power Outage CERT team was activated and opened up a shelter at the Lower Township Rec. for those who were without power due to an extended outage in the North Cape May area |
