Lower Township team stays prepared to help neighbors during
emergencies
Lower Township residents who are part of the township's
Community Emergency Response Team meet monthly - to keep up to date
with emergency procedures and be ready in case they need to be first
responders to a townshipwide emergency.

"Winter Safety Tips" for the Lower Township Community.
CERT assists Toys4Tots in Lower Twp area.
The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is now
collecting new, unwrapped toys during October, November and
December, and distributing those toys as Christmas gifts to needy
children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. For a

CERT Team Recognized by CMC Freeholders
On June 9, 2009, the Cape May
County Freeholders made a Special Presentation to all CERT
Volunteers that participated in the Cape Regional Hospital Exercise
on May 14, 2009. For more information on the exercise see Events.
