HURRICANE IRENE: POST STORM INFORMATION
President Obama has issued a disaster declaration for the State of New Jersey following Hurricane Irene. Cape May County has been authorized for public assistance for this disaster at this time, however, preliminary damage assessments are being conducted to determine if individual assistance will also be made available. The latest information from FEMA will be posted as it becomes available.

  • September 6, 2011: Hurricane Irene FEMA NJ DR 4021 Applicants Briefing. The Cape May County Applicant’s Briefing will be held on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Atlantic Cape Community College, Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House – South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 in the Conference Center.
